AVP Deposit Oper Manager

Manage risk associated with deposit operations by ensuring adequate controls, policies, and procedures are in place.
Review existing procedures and update as necessary to ensure they align with the Bank’s current processes.
Review and improve processes and procedures to create greater efficiencies and increase productivity.
Implement, train, and communicate new policies and procedures.
Ensure work efficiency by supervising the staff who performs daily functions of deposit operations.
Ensure Deposit Operations team maintains the training required to manage daily job responsibilities.
Provide project support; assist with the research, evaluation, testing, installation, and monitoring of selected new services.
Manage and/or assist with special projects and other job duties, as needed.
Compliance with all bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations applicable to carrying out duties and responsibilities.
Assist Treasury Management Officer with annual performance evaluations and coaching
