Responsible for the following duties on a daily or monthly basis.
New Customers Enrollments – Adding Personal and Business account to the system o Update Profiles
Support Corporate Cash Management and Account officers as needed. Reset passwords, tokens, security questions, bill payment, e-statements, FI to FI.
Responsible for the Message Center
Responsible for the control, log and preparation of monthly reports.
Set up customer in the systems for all electronic services offered by the bank, Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit (RDN), Remote Mobile Deposit (RDA) and Positive Pay.
Maintain and update the customer’s profile of these services.

Responsible for scan/index documents
Responsible for the Cash Management and Online Banking emails.
Assist the Cash Management supervisor with other duties as assigned.
Will assist the Corporate Cash Management area to cover vacations/sick as needed. Following schedule provided.
Represents the bank in the community through good customer relations and business organizations.
Actively participates in local community organizations and networking events.
Participates in all scheduled trainings and events that are required by the bank.
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Associate degree or three (3) years of Netteller experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to very effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in both English and Spanish.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to operate a personal computer, including Microsoft Word, excellent Excel skills, Power Point and Kalyx.
