Looking for someone to be a finance operation lead with the following:
Banking experience is a must managing a bank $600 million to $1 billion
Fiserv-Cleartouch system knowledge preferred
Accounting degree, CPA preferred
Public company filing knowledge
SOX and internal controls experience to assist us in upgrading documentation
Prior experience in budgeting interest income, interest expense and operational expenses
Prior experience with asset/liability management
Able to grow department and processes commensurate with the upcoming growth of the bank
Proven ability in managing a team of at least 5
FDCIA part 363 compliance experience, if not public.

Must have the ability to interact with C-level and all levels of bank personnel and within different
Active CPA certification is a plus
Experienced in managing others
5+ years' experience in commercial real estate
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Ability to communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation
Ability to be a proactive self-starter who understands the details within a much larger context
High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
