Corporate Legal Assistant

Have to support 2 partners and 3 associates.
At least 5 years of experience supporting attorneys in the corporate & financial services practice,
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, email/calendar management, time entry, new matter memo’s, drafting documents, screen calls, review and process mail (incoming, outgoing, FedEx’s.), prepare closing binders, etc.
A plus if they have corporate paralegal experience.
If you have worked at a smaller firm or even a sole practitioner and has worn multiple hats, you may fit for this position as assistants.
Perform accurate legal research and analysis.
Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents.
Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports.
Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
