operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the company’s ATM network, ensuring smooth cash management, vendor coordination, compliance, and system performance. This role manages an internal support team and external partners to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient operations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash forecasting, armored carrier logistics, and replenishment
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring performance standards and contracts are met
  • Lead and support the Operations Support Specialist team
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and security protocols.
  • Track operational KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Manage budgets and optimize operational costs.
  • Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ATM operations, fintech, banking, or cash logistics.
  • Experience managing vendors and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Morphis and Exodus preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed; Spanish proficiency a plus.
