The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Executive Vice President and works along the Operations Manager. They will also provide support to recruitment and employment activities for the company including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and referring candidates for open positions. Must meet the expected service levels and key performance metrics by filling open roles. Will be responsible for creating, driving, and continuously reviewing and updating our recruitment practices to ensure we have the highest standards to support with the goal of achieving the right people in the right role. Working alongside the wider recruitment team, taking every opportunity to present ourselves at networking and recruitment events. Work with external partners and third parties to ensure we’re at the forefront of recruitment best practice and known as a stand-out example of innovative recruitment.
