This attorney will handle a mix of trust and estate matters with a strong emphasis on litigation. The role is well-suited for a versatile attorney who enjoys complex fiduciary disputes, works closely with clients, and thrives in a boutique setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle trust and estate litigation matters, including fiduciary disputes
Support transactional trusts & estates work as needed
Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested matters
Work directly with ultra-high-net-worth domestic and international clients
Collaborate closely with partners on strategy, filings, and court appearances

Minimum Requirements:

Licensed to practice law in Florida
2–5 years of experience
Strong litigation background
Experience in trusts & estates and fiduciary matters
Versatile, detail-oriented, and client-facing
international client experience are a strong plus
